In 2019 the Annual Meeting was conducted via telephone conference originating in the Society's museum in Oyster Bay, NY.  Some Board members attended in person and others on the telephone conference hookup, and some members at large attended as well.
 
In 2020 the Annual Meeting was also held via telephone conference but this time all Board members attended from their homes with one member at large attending.  An effort is underway to begin holding these meetings via video conferencing.
 
In 2021 the Annual Meeting was held via telephone conference with all Board members attending from their homes.
